A.R.T. is a life-saver and I can’t thank them enough for what they've done for my family! My son Matthew was severely allergic to wheat, dairy, egg, sesame and several nuts and had 2 trips to the ER by the time he was 1 1/2. I was constantly worried about accidental exposure and was always on edge when food was around. Fast forward just one short year after starting treatment with A.R.T. and Matthew is freely eating almost all of the foods he was previously allergic to. I had seen the results of the A.R.T. process with my nephew, so I already knew first-hand that it worked, that he would soon be eating everything freely and that it would improve his quality of life. What I didn’t quite appreciate, though, was how much it would improve my quality of life as well by allowing me to relax and not worry about every bite of food that enters his mouth.

My 10-year-old daughter had strep throat several times each winter for three years.  In addition to dealing with the effects of strong antibiotics to deal with the infection, she started to have serious and scary effects from the recurring strep infections including full body rashes and high blood pressure.  We began seeing a nephrologist and she had ultrasounds, EKGs and blood tests to make sure that she didn’t have any underlying conditions.  Then I found A.R.T. and the results are amazing.  My daughter has not had strep throat in 12 months and her blood pressure has returned to normal.  Now I am optimistic and confident that the infection is out of her system.  I could not be more appreciative, thankful and truly in awe of Amy, Julie and the entire A.R.T. process.

When my son and I began working with A.R.T., he was five years old and suffered from anaphylactic allergies to dairy, wheat, egg, peanut, tree nut, and beef. Despite hypervigilant protections, he had already had two near-fatal reactions and, due to the severity of his allergies, the doctors said he would neither outgrow them nor be eligible for experimental studies. In other words, we were told there was no hope.

His transformation over three years of consistent, careful work with A.R.T. was miraculous. My son went from a world that felt lonely, constricted, and frightening to one where he could attend school, birthday parties, play dates and sports practice without worry, without EpiPens, and without allergies.

Now, six years after completing his work with Amy, my 14-year-old remains happy, healthy, and allergy-free. Every day my son and I wake up grateful for the profound change A.R.T. has made in our lives.

My son Cody is 14 and has been hospitalized from an anaphylactic reaction to eggs several times over the last 11 years.  I can’t describe the effect this has on a child and a parent – it is something that was causing severe anxiety for all of us but especially Cody.  We were on edge every time he ate anything for fear of cross contamination or human error.  

Since he started working with A.R.T., Cody’s rice, chickpea, egg and coconut allergies are cured.  Eggs would send him into anaphylactic shock – and now is eating a three egg omelet for breakfast or a bacon egg and cheese from his favorite bagel place (extra cheese and ketchup!)  Eating these foods freely has become our new normal.  

Not only has A.R.T. cured his egg allergy – it has literally cured his anxiety.  He is a different person.  He is more confident and has more energy and a love of life and his future

A.R.T. has been a game changer for our family. Since starting the program two years ago, our son can now safely eat eggs, wheat, milk, fish, chicken, bananas, apples and avocado!! We are well on our way with beef and sesame as we continue our journey. Hard to believe how far we have come and how much we have benefitted from A.R.T. We are grateful for this positively life changing program.
