My passion for FOOD FREEDOM started at an early age…
I grew up eating foods that were grown on my family’s fourth generation dairy and poultry farm and in our one acre vegetable garden. As the youngest of fifteen children, I learned how to grow, prepare, preserve, serve, eat and enjoy real foods. In my 20‘s, my interest was piqued with how to use foods for healing from chronic health conditions when my father was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer. This interest continued to grow over the next 30 years as I had a chance to meet a few influential people who healed their chronic health issues through nutrition. My journey of learning, researching and clinical practice has led me to attending over 25 international conferences on nutrition, healing, gut microbiome, organic farming, food preparation, allergy relief and receiving over 15 certifications in functional nutritional therapy, advanced dietary protocols for restoring the gut microbiome, A.R.T. Allergy Release Technique®, Klinghardt Autonomic Response Testing, Eden Energy Medicine, REIKI, Bio-Individual Nutrition and more.
In 2007, my education from Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, author of Gut and Psychology Syndrome(GAPS), inspired me to focus my life’s work on the healing of the gut microbiome as it relates to allergies, asthma, eczema, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, autism, digestive issues, mood disorders, and autoimmune disorders. And, in 2017, I took the next step forward in ‘life changing, ahead of the curve’ education and trained with Amy Thieringer in becoming the first practitioner in New York state for curing food allergies through the use of the A.R.T. Allergy Release Technique® protocol.
It is my desire to help children and adults EAT FREELY and LIVE FULLY.
