Beth Bergstrom

Beth Bergstrom graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, Beth initially spent eight years working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. After taking some time off to care for her children, Beth went back to work at a busy pediatric practice in Lexington, Ma. During her time at the pediatric office, Beth fully realized the pervasiveness of chronic auto-immune issues affecting so many young children and teenagers.

Additionally, she felt there had to be a better way to help individuals cure these food allergies, eczema, digestive disorders, and many other chronic health concerns. Beth had always been interested in alternative, integrative care and found herself turning towards holistic treatments with greater frequency when it came to her own family.

Then a close family friend’s anaphylactic son went through the A.R.T.® process with Amy. As the process went along and the life-altering benefits for this boy became apparent, she knew that this was something she had to pursue.

Thus began a journey to learn more about the A.R.T.® process and eventually train with Amy Thieringer to become an A.R.T.® Practitioner. Beth is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, and is certified in Heart Math. She has been practicing since 2017 out of her home in Winchester, MA, where she lives with her husband Brandon, and their two children, Collin and Ava.

History of Anaphylactic Food Allergies, SIBO, and Environmental Allergies. Beth Bergstrom is simply an incredible and compassionate healer. I came to Beth with a laundry list of allergies and even more symptoms, with an EpiPen and an incredibly restrictive diet. Traditional allergists and physicians were out of options. Beth has carefully and systematically eliminated them one by one. She is passionate about finding the root cause of an issue and has the curiosity to go the extra mile. I have learned so much from Beth throughout the ART process. She has literally changed my life for the better. Rebecca T.- Winchester, MA

History of Severe Seasonal Allergies with Asthma and Facial Swelling Our 10-year-old had severe seasonal allergies. Every year we would be visiting the ER or urgent care on many occasions due to his breathing and facial swelling symptoms. We have seen numerous specialists at Boston Children’s Hospital and had many tests to determine the help he needs. Needless to say, nothing worked. He would still need to visit the emergency room to help his breathing with a nebulizer and steroids to control his facial swelling. It would break our hearts seeing him like this. We were introduced to A.R.T., and specifically to Beth, through one of my son’s soccer friends. Beth, was and is, truly amazing with our son. She has made him feel at ease always, to the point my son would say, “it’s my hour of relaxation.” Fast forward just short of a year, and the results have been amazing! He went from being indoors most of the season to an active 10-year-old in the outdoors. This is a life long change and a future-altering lifestyle for him, thanks to A.R.T. and Beth!
